Code Dx CEO, Anita D’Amico, and Director of Sales, Brianne O’Brien will be providing demonstrations of the latest version of its software vulnerability management tool, Code Dx v2.0, at the Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP) Technology Showcase 2015 on November 17, 2015 in Melville, New York. The AITP’s mission is to provide professional development, education, and exposure to technological trends within the Long Island business community. IAS events of the past have proven to be the preferred Information Assurance event of the year. NORTHPORT, NY, April 22, 2015 – Cyber security education technology developed by Secure Decisions, the cyber security division of Applied Visions, Inc., will be part of the 2015 National Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition (NCCDC). Participants in this year’s competition will be required to create visually creative training materials using the unique ”CyberWISE” technology developed by Secure Decisions, with assistance from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Winners from 10 regional competitions will compete at NCCDC on managing and protecting the cyber infrastructure of a simulated commercial network. Teams are scored based on their ability to detect and respond to outside threats, maintain availability of existing services such as mail servers and web servers, respond to business requests such as the addition or removal of additional services, and balance security needs against business [...]
